Woke up at 7:30 AM PST. Right now I show it as just before 9 AM PST. Approaching 1 AM tomorrow (for all of you) here. I think. Watched the sun set at Tokyo-Narita.
Been a long 24+ hours but we are here and we are safe. Somehow managed to make it through the airport and find our car. We were whisked away and at the hotel before I knew what was happening. Traffic and lots of scooters. Cars four-abreast in 3 lanes of traffic. Was told this was the slow time of day.
My feet have touched Asia.
Also, I am the most awkward tipper in the world.
